  • Owned Overall Product Strategy and Delivery, Customer Experience and Lifecycle marketing.
  • Launched OfficeDrop's mobile apps for iPhone, iPad and Android from concept to success. After launch, Mobile apps contribute 75% of new Free users.
  • Reinforced a data-driven mindset and transparency by defining dashboards for Marketing, Customer Service and Product teams
  • Delivered key partnerships with Evernote, FreshBooks and Intuit from concept to completion. At its peak, the partnerships contributed over 90% of new users
  • Evangelized Lean Startup and Customer Development philosophy to decide what we developed and Scrum for how we developed products.

  • Co-Inventor in a pending Patent for configuring SaaS applications. Architect and Lead in flagship client project, eWorkplace-Voyager (>$100 million budget) the launch pad for Fidelity Investments’ expansion to HR Outsourcing.
  • Mentored client’s employees on best practices and set direction for development standards, policies and quality initiatives for a software development team of 30.
  • Maintained revenues over $1 million despite industry trends towards outsourcing. Led the Training Practice and increased its contributions to total company revenue by 60%. The training practice provided new growth opportunities to the company at a time of industry-wide cuts on IT infrastructure spending.
  • Established lightweight and automated quality audit processes for Fidelity Investments. This increased product quality, resulted in 70% fewer production issues, minimized lost revenue due to application downtime, and an increase in customer satisfaction index from 80% to 90%.

This win formed the basis for the firm’s eCPC practice in the Greater Boston and New England area.
  • At IBM India, Promoted to Senior Software Engineer in 18 months ahead of the company’s average of 2 years and the first in my 27-person cohort to be promoted.
